Pushy sales people that try to up-sale you on everything and nobody has a clue what’s going on. They also charge $40 PER PHONE for data transfer…will not be back

Not certain if the Management at the Verizon Retail Store located at 2500 N. Main St., Suite B, Hutchinson, KS will see this, but I wished to express my GENUINE THANKS & APPRECIATION. I visited this business on Mon., Feb. 26 at 5:00 p.m. seeking iPhone set-up assistance. From the moment I walked in, until the time I left (at approx. 6:15 p.m.), I was IMPRESSED! Veronica kindly greeted & welcomed me, almost immediately when I opened the door and walked-in...and then assisted me for over an hour, all the while helping (2) two other customers; cordially greeting & acknowledging them in the same kind, professional manner, when they walked-in. Veronica is the definition of "Best-In-Class" Customer Service. My only disappointment is not being able to reach a Store Manager at this location today, to express how grateful I am for the VALUED assistance Veronica provided me, and her AMAZING Customer Service Skills & Politeness!
