I seriously don't know how anyone has ever gotten ahold of this place. We have been calling for days simply because location is convenient. But I guess at some point you have to give up and move on to the next place. Bummer we can't get anyone to pick up the phone or at least make it possible to leave a voicemail so calls could be returned. But after reading other reviews and experiencing this it is clear customer service is non existent.

Could not get in storage after I paid for unit.Called several times could not get a answer.They never removed their lock this was awful.I wasted a lot of money today and they won't answer the phone. Who is the owner of this company ?

Got a storage and could not get into it due to them not removing the lock. Wasted labor and time. Poor management
