my mom went to 4th street sonic. ordered a large cherry limeade and a popcorn chicken through the drive thru. the Kady gave her the chicken but then gave her a small cherry limeade. my mom told her I ordered a large cherry limeade. the lady at the drive thru replied "you get what you get." my mom is 81 and should not be treated like that, no one should. you are stealing from your customers

I retract my 5 stars because we spent over $33 as a family tonight and my large popcorn chicken ( literally almost $7) was half full. Same with my $5 cheddar bites... returned them and they gave me a MEDIUM popcorn chicken... I paid for a large, but I'm not wasting my gas yet again to drive back. . Also, the fries were ice cold and brown. The footlong they gave me two smaller hot dogs with 2 separate buns, which is whatever but they should inform you about that stuff. Also no sauces or napkins in the bag. Won't return anymore. We used to eat here every other week.

I went to order a large blast. Which I do every week. Tonight I was informed they don’t do large blasts. This was brand new news to me. Even though apparently this changed at the start of the year. When I told the young girl working that I was unaware of this, she got extremely defensive. Even though their menu does not reflect this new size restriction. I was just very taken back by her rude demeanor.

This is not the first sonic that i've had issues with in this last month alone. Lack of attention to my order. Lack of attention to food being hot. Forgetting or delaying orders for long periods. Simply wanted a burger after a concert. I do not recommend at this time.

I ordered my food on the App and I still wait 20-30 minutes in the stall. This place needs management badly!
