We go there for our Beagle Duke's food "Whole Hearted". We also get toys, halters, name tags, collars, treats, & leashes. Mostly most anything that he wants & needs. He is not spoiled, OH, maybe just a little. Petco has Great items & products for any pet.

This Petco is sorely lacking in supplies in the animal care/medication section. Many of the parts on the shelves in this aisle were completely bare. This was surprising considering it is a pet supply store. I did not go into any other part of the store to rate the other sections.

The good: My dog's groomer Maddie B is amazing. She makes my dog feel comfortable and always gives him a nice haircut. I rate her 5 stars. The store always seems clean and associates are helpful.
The bad:
The grass outside of Petco is filled with terrible stickers and weeds that get stuck in my dogs paws horribly. I wish someone would do something about this.
There have been 2 times now my dog had feces on him when I've picked him up. (My groomer is gone for lunch by the time this has happened) I don't know if this is his own or another dog's but I wish they (Petco staff) would take a quick look before they hand him over.

We made a special trip to purchase fish, lady that helped us was not very friendly and did not seem interested in helping us. Fish were not stored properly, placing a big betta in a few cups of water in a plastic container. Felt like she was more interested in pushing sells than being interested in finding something we could take home.

Spend 80.00 dollars on fish and then they want to charge you for the bags? Really? Store was very hot and service was beyond slow.

2 years ago we bought several fish from them, they seem to have a good variety, and they ended up giving our tank ick and killing off every single fish we had. Excited to try again a week or two ago and notice very quickly that one of the fish we bought died and now all of our fish are starting to die again. Pretty livid about this because we have a pretty established tank again
