have been grooming my dog here for over 2 years and since February, the grooming department has gone to pot. first they overbooked and wanted to do half of my scheduled appointment for grooming and reschedule to finish up my dog at another time. NO!! next scheduled appointment, the groomer took the day off and somebody else had to replace her. this was after a confirmation had been sent. had to argue with the team to keep the scheduled appointment. discount was given and the

I went to Petco to buy a Betta fish and found that the fish are crammed into tiny plastic containers, which is in humane. Not only that, but half the fish were DEAD! If Petco can't even keep their fish alive for their store-lives, how am I supposed to believe the fish are healthy enough to take home? How do I know that the rare live fish didn't contract some sort of sickness while on the shelves and will die within a week of living in my home?! This mistreatment of animals should be illegal. Review your ethics.

They did great with taking care of my dog and getting of all his undercoat. They did a great job working with him for he is training to be a service dog so they helped me with working with him to get use to his nails cut and ect. Petco is like my go to for everything. Love the friendly staff and how they are willing to help with anything.

Our dog's hair was cut to the length we requested. However, there are large striped patches on his front left leg, as well as a raw patch on his chest. The pink skin is showing! For the price, we can and will find someone else.

I am extremely disappointed with this store. I shop...well now shopped there regularly buying things for my collection of arachnids over the years. But I was told of a spider left there for adoption and called and checked on it. I was told it was still there under observation and we could have it. It was 9 pm when we called and was told they were closed and to come in at 9 am to get her. I was thrilled couldn't wait to get up and go in to pick her up. But when we get there we

My experience did not turn out good I have a five month old German Shepherd puppy that likes to bark at other dogs and my second class I was told that they would no longer see him ,because they couldn't correct that type of behavior ,however before I signed up I told them that was one of the things I need help with and was told no problem ! I was willing to drive the hour and half so yes I'm very upset !! She loves everyone and has never showed any aggressiveness !!

The whole crew at Petco are so caring and informative. We had our first puppy class today with Jasmine. She is such a great trainer. Thanks to Cynthia for helping us figure out the harness and lead for him. We had to get one from the kitty dept.to get it small enough. We had his nails clipped and they were excellent with him. Thanks everyone for being so kind with our new member of the family!
