So first of all I’m not gonna sugar coat this one! I purchased tires, they had to order them. Told me it would only be one day, as I was gonna go elsewhere. Next day they didnt even call me, i called them and they said, “ it’s gonna take another day”…. Mind you, when i paid i paid in cash 8 $100.00 bills. I should have left then, they didnt have enough in the register to pay me my change in a normal manner! I got $7 in quarters and change… so i call they want me to wait and that's just what it is. No other options! So i call the regional manager! Tell him the story, hes like well what fo you want to do, i responded not wait another day. Especially since i already paid. Now the store was sent a tire thats $52 more total cost! But wasnt gonna make it right with me. I said I’ll just take a refund and go elsewhere. On my way to Peerless the regional manager calls me back says those tires are your go get em.well i go up there but still ask for my money. And it was shared that they did not have the cash to cover such a refund! Now i believe my vehicle has been somewhat sabotaged. My sensors all of a sudden dont work, none of them is what the guy Wayne said! So i get in my car to leave after having thd almost flat tire fixed and another sensor to go out after they touch it! Feels like RETALIATION! So i choose to do better business with a better company frin this point forward. Remeber people! If they are broke the work can not be quality, its just not an expense they are ready for!!! This took place TODAY!!! 8/29/24

Have used this location for years and never had anything less than 5 star service. Even when they’re busy these guys are upfront about the timeframe for walk-in customers. Always kind, trustworthy, informative, and professional.

So I had spent 800 dollars for all 4 new tires from them less than a year ago for my step daughter. Purchased their protection plan and all. 60k mile tires got a bit over 20k miles out of them. They told me something had to be wrong with the car for tires to look the way they did that quickly so I took it to a shop and they told me that they were incorrect and the car struts, ball joints, balance, and alignment all checked out good. So I go back in to talk to them about getting them to replace them bc they sold a product that wasn’t any good. They told me that they would only replace one tire and that I would have to buy the other tires. I looked the tires up online to see what other companies sell them for and find out that the same exact tires can be purchased for 440 bucks plus tax. They were going to charge me 381 for 2 tires. This place is a joke and I will never go back to a peerless store for anything I need. This was unacceptable for all kinds of reasons. Terrible customer service and terrible product at an even more terrible price.

Went in w a leaking tire expecting to 30-50 bucks to get the fix a flat washed out an patch put in an they had it all taken care of in under 15 minutes AN DIDNT CHARGE A DIME. Very professional. I’ll def be taking my business here in the future when I’m ready to purchase a new set of tires ??

Had a screw in my tire and the guy didn't charge me at all to fix my tire.. very friendly and greatly appreciated

This place is a lifesaver! The guys working/running the store are above and beyond what I expected. My valve stems on my car kept breaking and these guys replaced all of them for free. I didn’t even have to wait. They got my car right in. I can’t even begin to tell you how thankful I am for that. Lifesavers! Undercover angels! Thank you, thank you, thank you! I will definitely be back for all my tire needs. Thank you!

Bought 2 new tires less than 6 months ago, recently had one start to bubble. Called about any type of manufacturer warranty, was told there was none, they could do nothing for us for a defective tire! Will never return with such wonderful service!
