awful/messy! my 5yr old grand daughter could have done a better job!! the polish is thick and lumpy that one nail is soo thick and lopsided it grosses me out!! I left with half my fingers looking like they needed a fill!! I will NOT go back

My niece (who's 6 months pregnant) went to this place last week to get her nails done as a little treat for herself. Even though the nails look decent, the way she was treated was beyond foul!! She left in tears after she was talked to & treated like she was an idiot by the workers plus she had to sit & endure their hateful B.S. throughout her entire appt. I can't even imagine how humiliated she had to sit there & feel! Obviously their behavior was incredibly unprofessional & sickening as hell!

I wish I could give no stars or negative stars lol. This place is horrible. The "techs" are terrible and very unprofessional. They even have unlicensed people doing nails......ummmm STATE??

Called in and had a time schedule to keep that they accommodated. The girl did a fantastic job on my nails with a dip that lasted almost a month (before it was time to redo)

Just started back & had Lee the Ist time she was fine & made another appointment 3 weeks later, then she quit, someone erased all her appointments. No one called me. I came in on the day of my 3 week appointment, she wasn't there. So manager called her & then Lee came in. Manger already started my on my nails. Just seems to a lot of confusion.

Paid with card and they over charged my card by $30! Make sure you get a receipt! They also asked how much money I made and what I did. Unprofessional! And my nails were horrible. They didn’t stay on for more than a week and a half. They didn’t take their time at all! The manager was the one that did my finger nails. My pedicure was actually good and has stayed on well. Would NOT recommend to anyone with the service I received and the charge!Services: Acrylic nails

Had my appt scheduled for noon, I don’t live in Hutchinson. They called at 11:24 trying to get me to come in at 3. I told them I could wait till 2 but not 3. Then they called again at 1 asking me to just come in now. The girls were super nice but overall kinda unprofessional considering them trying to switch up times and they had no cash to give change ?? Kinda found that odd. My friend and I went in for Pedis and they just weren’t good at their jobs. No gloves and messy polish application, could have done the same thing at home. Not a Sanitary place.Service: Pedicure

Did my nails and planned to use them for my daughter's wedding. However, when I actually looked at my nails, they were horrible and fell off within 3 days. I think it took her less then 10 min with no prep or anything.

This place is not very professional. The lady who did my nails was rushing and barely did any prep. She then got her finger stuck to mine twice. There is glue all over my skin and cuticles. My nails are very uneven. I have french blocks instead of tips.The rhinestone placement is unappealing. In the photo you can see bubbles in my nails and it's worse in person; especially on my right hand. This took about 35 minutes overall, and everyone knows that's too fast for any good full set. Very disappointed. Not to mention, they had to call the stylist in when i had an appointment set up and had to wait extra. Pictured below is what I asked for vs what I received.Service: Acrylic nails

Terrible people skills. I had called and asked if they could do a walk in, never called me back so I called 30 minutes later to see if they could get me in and the lady said yes, asked when I could be there, I told her 20 minutes. I arrived and waited 20 minutes with little to no customer service. I sat and listened to the very young nail techs speak rudely about other people in the salon. Unprofessional.

I love them I highly recommend. I go in everyrime! Mei is the one that does my nails! I never left unsatisfied she does beautiful work and they stay on for at least a month❤️ she's done marble, gold flakes, nail tips, smoke affect and so much more on my hands I always leave her a tip and constantly tell my family and friends of her. Really affordable as well most expensive I had was $80 most cheap was $35 so you understand her low prices!! I love and adore her so much!!!! ( she did so well! I got them a little more rounded from me beingclumsy)Service: Acrylic nails

The young Mexican girl with the long hair had such a horrific attitude! Entitled little b*tch is all i can say! Plus she needs a whole lot more experience to be able to have such an overwhelming unpleasant disposition. Smh
