I visited this business on Mon., Feb. 26 at 5:00 p.m. seeking iPhone set-up assistance. From the moment I walked in, until the time I left (at approx. 6:15 p.m.), I was IMPRESSED! Veronica kindly greeted & welcomed me, almost immediately when I opened the door and walked-in...and then assisted me for over an hour, all the while helping (2) two other customers; cordially greeting & acknowledging them in the same kind, professional manner, when they walked-in. Veronica is the definition of "Best-In-Class" Customer Service. My only disappointment is not being able to reach a Store Manager at this location today, to express how grateful I am for the VALUED assistance Veronica provided me, and her AMAZING Customer Service Skills & Politeness!”

“I can’t give Mobile Comm enough stars! I have an iPhone 14 and I ended up changing my passcode to open my phone and I kept trying and ended up locking it up for over 8 hours ? I was freaking out bc I could hear my phone going off non stop but I couldn’t open it. I tried everything off the internet and nothing worked. So I take it to Verizon you know the people who charge me outrageous prices monthly for 4 lines and a watch. Well I get that they sell phones but for as much as everyone pays them they should be able to afford a tech guy …welp no he took one look and was like we can’t do anything here for that I was like are u serious? He recommended Mobile Comm and mind you I pay for Verizon insurance as well so what’s the damn point?’! But back to Mobile Comm I took it in he was great and friendly and kept it overnight. I picked it up in the morning and he had it working perfectly!!! I was sooooo happy ?. I will ALWAYS recommend Mobile comm and I am REALLY considering dropping Verizon!!! I mean they wouldn’t even try to help me. The guy at Mobile Comm was amazing and EXCELLENT customer service skills!!! Thanks again”
