My husband and I walked into the store in Hutchinson, KS last night fully prepared to buy a mattress. The salesman did not want to wait on us. He acted like we were an inconvenience. We asked about one mattress and he just said that it was out of stock without even checking. We left there and went to their competitor. Needless to say I do not recommend this place.

The guy that was working was very professional and friendly. I very likely would have shopped around but he was so friendly and helpful that I decided to buy from him. Strongly recommend this store I wish I could remember his name because he deserves a shoutout.

The conspiracy theory about this place being nothing but a front for money laundering seems to be confirmed for me. The wife and I went into the store because we actually wanted to purchase a new mattress. We walked around the store for about 5 minutes and during that time not a single sales person was seen.So since they obviously didn't want or need our business we went to Mattress Hub on the corner of 30th and main and purchased our new king size mattress.Edit: a month after posting this, someone from the store messaged me, saying..." I'm truly sorry to hear about your recent experience, Lyle. It's disappointing to know that you and your wife were not given the attention and service you deserved during your visit. Please know that this is not a reflection of our usual customer service standards. We'd love the opportunity to make things right and show you the quality service we're known for. If your willing, please feel free to call or text us at your earliest convenience to discuss how we can better serve you."This is all fine and good except I said in this post that we ended up being required to go to the Mattress Hub at 30th and Main to purchase the needed Mattress, so short of providing us a free mattress I fail to see how "They" could "make things right."

Walked in, was greeted by employee John Bauer, asked us what we were shopping for, told him, took us to a selection of beds, explained everything about the bed, answered our questions. We purchased exactly what we were looking for. Thank you John for your professional help and we highly recommend him if you're looking for a new mattress.

I yet have to wait for delivery of my perches but I liked the story and John was a true pro and I injured him as my server . The timing was wrong for dilevery but that's my fault I have to be in sailna on the day of dilevry but will go home long enough for the dilevery then go back to Salina my Daughter is having surgery on the same Dat as delivery . I have to have her at the surgical center in Salina by 5.30 AM and then drive home to wait for the delivery.

Absolutely delightful, helpful and wonderful staff. Able to find a new mattress that met my needs and budget. 10/10 would recommend and will return for any future mattress needs.
