I loved that when my machine stopped working tonight which is a Friday night after 8 pm they walked me through fixing it but had to bring me a new machine and they were great about it thank u so much for the fast response.

We were very pleased with the care we got at Lincare. Specifically with Sierra Gullett, CRT. We were having trouble finding some place to do an overnight Optus oxygen test to send it to our doctor in Wichita. She not only supplied the unit to use but brought it to the house and explained in detail how to use it. She spent a good amount of time with us, did not rush the process. She is a pleasant and very professional young lady. Thank you very much Sierra!! The test did come back that Al's oxygen level was fine. We suggest anyone in the Hutchinson Area use Lincare.

The team at Lincare of Hutchinson is phenomenal. They have always answered any questions I had. They worked incredibly hard to get my kiddo approved for an afflo vest that greatly helped him. They reached out to doctors & spent the time to get records to compile the information needed for insurance purposes. They are all so friendly & dependable.

I was on hold for 45 min with the Salina Store, no one ever answered. I hung up called this office the Hutchinson office which is out of my district and Rachel got right on it. She took my phone # my issue and was super kind, and very helpful. Thank you again for all the help!!

This company has not sent supplies to a ventilator patient for almost 3 months. When my patient's mom called, the person who answered the call was very rude. She acted like she was inconvenienced by her request to get supplies that she desperately needed for her son to stay healthy. She displayed no empathy or concerns about the patient or the company she works for. She also seemed to not have a record of the things my patient needs and had his mom list the things needed. It is ridiculous to have to reuse disposable items for a medically fragile patient because promise after promise goes unfulfilled.

I have been trying to call them for 2 months, they will not pick up the phone. My Moms concentrator has not been serviced in 3 years, no equipment has been sent. She has had the same nasal canula for 3 years. These people are a joke. I have contacted the Wichita office 1 month ago they can not help us because we are out of their area. They sent a email to the Hutch office to call me. Still no call.

The service is the worst I gave ever seen, in my twenty years of receiving oxygen. The costumer service is awful. They are rude, no one should have to explan how much oxygen they need. Every week I have to argue with Steve as to why I go through so much oxygen. My house burnt due to arson. I moved into the most beautiful apartments I have ever seen thanks to the Davenports who own the Plaza Towers. I have experienced life now because of them. I use portable oxygen to visit with other tenets downstairs and thats why I use my portable oxygen. Do not use them unless you have to like me. My insurance is only excepted here and they seem to know it .

Never really had an issue with them. I mean sure, their prices could be better but my grandma has been using them for years and I've been dealing with them on her behalf and it's usually pleasant, quick, and easy.

One star is being generous. NEVER do business with Lincare EVER!!!!! I received a new CPAP machine on July 22nd. I was told how much my bill would be and how much the three payments would be. They keep telling me I owe $1400+. I called them on 9/1, 9/16, 9/22, 10/29, and 11/12. All kept telling me that it will be taken care of. I still haven't even used the machine. It's all in original packaging. They won't take it back and give me my money back. And now they say I owe an additional $200.
