I've been going to the 17th and Monroe store for the last 6 years,and likely to never return. just recently it seems like they're out of stock of anything I would go there for(manager half orders product and just let's the default order go through) the majority of the time the store is dirty and has picked up a disgusting scent. Definitely save time by not stopping here.

Said closed at midnight sign on door but all employees were hanging out for an hour or more with three cars in parking lot don’t say open on google then closed with employees in the parking haning out looks bad.

Kwik shops are ok. Mostly the 24 hr ones the one on 17 and Monroe closes early so I can't i go there on late night when I'm out

Pumps don't work on any of the Monroe St., Hutchinson locations and then we couldn't get a receipt had to pre-pay this is pathetic no customer satisfaction here

I was paying for snacks and cashing in on winning lottery tickets and the cashier Sheldon didn’t ask me about how I was paying but I inserted my debit card and was waiting to enter my pin and he ran my order off of my lottery ticket winnings when I asked for him to rerun my order he refused and told me if I wanted cash I could use the ATM machine then I asked for my recite and he refused so I waited patiently till the crowd thinned and asked for my recite again and he still refused and he said he was going to call the police on me I had a number of witnesses in the store that new me so I politely left the young mans name is Sheldon and he is very rude and unprofessional

In the middle of a pandemic. Masks are required, and there's even a sign on the door stating the policy. Yet there were 6 people in the store, none of which bothered wearing a mask. The employee at the counter was wearing hers, but had it down under her chin, rendering it completely useless.WEAR A MASK! It's really not that friggin hard.
