Technician arrived a few minutes early and got right to work. He coordinated with the power company to get a new power supply line from the transformer to the house installed. Was prompt, efficient and professional throughout.

Excellent work. Came out the next day and quickly assessed the urgency of our situation. Called out Evergy to replace our service lines and within minutes we were back up and going. Highly recommend Kraft Electric.
