I had spinal decompression ordered by my Dr. I went to Hutch clinic PT department and they basically refused to do it. They only wanted to do exercises with me, because their spinal decompression was "old and outdated". They didn't tell me that up front. Also I get tired of having to use the box to update my personal info every time I go, even if it was the day before that I was there.

The lack of empathy, not only to their patients, but to the employees as well. My father had just received an amputation, and the presiding surgeon was the most pompous, arrogant jerk I have ever met. I then began researching other reviews on the clinic and found that my experience mimics many other patrons' opion, even in totally different areas of practice. Here is the kicker. You can find multiple of the Doctors spending their time enjoying the golf course and their heavy consumption of alcohol out at the Country Club. They wonder why they are losing business to the "free clinic" Prairie Star. Well, it's their lack of compassion for their jobs and the "common greed" virus that runs rampant through those walls.

they’ve let me drive 60 miles TWICE to tell me they can’t get my prescription. EVEN WHEN I ASKED THEM TO CALL ME BEFORE I DROVE ALL THE WAY HERE if there was a problem. Since they didn’t have it the first time i wrongfully thought they would be PROFESSIONALS and call their patients with problems. i’ve spent 400% more than the prescription costs in FUEL ALONE.

I can't believe how Dr. Obodo cured my herpes. I was infected with herpes 2 years ago, and I took several drugs prescribed to me from several doctors, but all my effort was wasted as none of the drugs

Went to rapid response area, dx with Covid. From the receptionist that scheduled me to the Dr and nurse giving IV, everyone was super efficient and overly friendly.

Been with Hutch Clinic for over 30 yrs. including primary care, specialists and surgeries. A lot has changed with the service in recent years. Recently changed primary due to doctor's rude behavior. Found the new doctor to be very attentive. Recently, my orthopedic issues were misdiagnosed at Hutch Clinic, resulting in further time and pain for torn rotator cuff and torn tendons in both right and left shoulders. My new primary caught the surgeon's misdiagnosis. Went to ICT for the surgery. Communication system within the hutch clinic is absolute chaos. No information seems to transfer between departments. Call backs don't happen or eventually happen, but late.

Quick, efficient, personable. I was also given a generic prescription card which cut my cost by half. They are less expensive than Dillon's pharmacy.
