Called to ask how to save my kitten because all the vets were closed and I have no clue what to do, I’m not a cat person before I could even finish my sentence was spoken harshly to and told to forget it because it was 4th of July and I’m a horrible person for thinking anyone would help on a holiday. Very disappointed.

Delivered some freight to this place and got cussed up one side and down the other for the delivery supposedly being late. The day of the delivery is completely out of my control as I am a local lol driver. After unloading their freight for them they refused to sign for the shipment and threatened to call the police if I did not leave immediately. All this while I continue to speak calmly and be courteous. (In ten years as a driver i have never had a complaint) Eventually we came to a point where I was worried that if I stayed they may try to assault or start some physical altercation, so I left and had to explain to my supervisor what had happened and why my delivery receipt has no signiture. If they treat a stranger this way imagine how they treat your pets.
