Staff is always so rude. I hate even calling up there to ask any questions. I would rather drive to Wichita then have to deal with staff that acts like I am bothering them. It's really to bad if they had better attitudes they would get a lot more business. But they aren't getting any of mine.

They are only worried about the bottom dollar. They do not take the time to make sure you understand Medicare and billing. They don't return phone calls. Took advantage of my 85 year old father.

I would not even give one star but this is all the lower it goes. Don’t take your very medically complex pediatric prescriptions to them. They are about the bottom dollar and not the child. I would say more but they aren’t worth my time.

Working at a Nursing home and having a new resident that got stuck in a rut with an old nebulizer machine was quite the issue. Health Equip went above and beyond to look up dates until Medicare would pay for a new one as well as being able to get the new machine delivered promptly. All with a matter of about 3 hours. Super friendly customer service rep.

I work at the local hospital, ordered scrubs through sister company health equip, waited over a month for them to call and say they arrived. When I came to pick them up, only included the tops, no pants. Usually buying local is better, but in this instance they failed in communication and delivering a complete product in a timely manner. 0 stars was not an option so 1 was given.

I needed a cpap machine for sleep apnea. Staff was very professional and took as much time as we needed to ask questions and get me up and running with the machine.

The prices for the products are twice retail price. The product received in a sealed package has multiple price stickers. They charged for the product as a package and also individual pieces included so essentially double billing. Caveat emptor.
