They remember who I am without needing my identification. They also remember things I tell them ie. I told one of the tellers I walk to work and to the bank and she remembered almost a year later. It's a good friendly bank.

My experience with the Trust department was surprising at the least . The trust department treated my Mother who had been a lifeline customer like she was incompetent and took her dignity away in the year of her life. They determined what they would do up to refusing to slow her to transfer her trust after they told her she had no control of her money. Since she was 95 going to court to transfer her trust would have been difficult due her hearing problem. Bill were not always paid as per the trust agreement. There were 401 k left out of the trust that should have been in it when requested to put in trust she was told no. Dignity and control of their money are the two most important thing the elderly cling to First National Bank failed my mother on both.

Very unethical bank and strongly against the 2nd Amendment. If you have a PayPal account and do a transfer to a bank account at this bank and pull the money out, you will get an overdraft charge. They always blame the processor but it's actually a job / competence issue. They do not make money so they encourage you to keep your money in your account so they can gamble on investments in order to get you an interest rate which is not very high anyway. Another tactic they implement is unethical fee's so the salaries can be paid. Do yourself a favor and go to a credit union.
