Being open for only an hour a day is ridiculous imo but to each their own, but when I call and ask that a delivery be rerouted to another time because I can't make it at the time they originally would come and then not even coming with my package makes this the most inconvenient and pointless customer service. What's the point of having someone say they will update the delivery time and then not even doing it? Im sitting out in the 90 degree sun waiting for this package to arrive so I wont miss it on accident, because they only knock for a few seconds and leave, and they don't even show up. I call the customer service number again after waiting half an hour and they said they didnt even update the delivery time, what a terrible company, so very unreliable and very unprofessional

I've used FedEx for many years because couple places insist on using them. I think they are by far the worst delivery company out their. Service sucks and employees seem to be meth heads. If you call the customer service. You have to lie and say you're returning a call is only way I could find to speak with someone.

Have had several packages that needed signing for, without fail there is never a knock and a note is left. Horrible service

Very large heavy item left on porch with no doorbell notice. Had to move because install not scheduled until next week. I waited all morning for doorbell so I could help locate but first notification was text after delivery. FedEx almost always rings doorbell, but not today. I’m 80 and moving this was very difficult.

Third time I used them, damaged, drivers don't care, just throw stuff on porch, don't even knock or ring doorbell

Second time that I had a package marked “Perishable “ delivered by FEDEX that the driver didn’t reach up to press the doorbell button!!!! Am tempted to notify the merchant to not ship my packages by FEDEX!

I've learned a lot about FedEx lately. The drivers out of hutch are awesome. Really go the extra mile to help people out. The ones from Wichita need to learn from you all.
