The cashier, Caleb, made our experience very stressful. We came in to get kids shoes and he followed us around, re-stacking boxes and shoes while we were still trying the shoes on. Then our kids needed to test out the shoes and he barked at them for “jumping” around. We almost walked out without purchasing anything. My hope is that whoever is working there would wait until customers are done shopping and cleaning up the aisles before they come through and finish tidying up.

Workers are always willing to help. Clean store and a lot to choose from. Price is about average of other shoe stores.

Sales boy asked if I needed any help. I said yes, and never saw him again. The girl at the checkout insisted I give her my phone number just to make a purchase. I refused and she didn't want to complete the sale. She finally relented. I had a shoe blowout and needed a pair quickly. If given a choice, I will not return to Famous Footwear, anywhere, ever.

Really had a nice time shopping for shoes, The sale man was really nice ..Kids found what they wanted ..They had a sale by one get one half off ..Didnt pay as much i Thought i was ..Saved some.$$$..This second time shopping there, we will be back.

They won't let you return shoes if you Wear them.. but you don't know that they're going to kill your feet or cause blisters until you do! They had a bogo sale and didn't even give us the discount
