Dillons is a smaller store offering thousands of quality food and household products, including fresh produce, meats, seafood, dairy, home goods, and pharmaceutical needs. It is a one-stop shop for savings and now offers full-strength beer. This location has more unique items and a selection for specialty meats, sauces, and dried peppers, carrying products like tripe not found at other stores in town. It is usually clean and well-stocked. However, the store has tight parking spaces and prices that are a bit higher than most other places, though some feel prices aren't terrible. There are very few cashiers, which clogs up the self checkouts, and the carts need maintenance. A recent shelf reset has made product arrangement confusing and created more shelves out of reach. Finding help can be slow. New self checkout machines are in place, and the store is known to prosecute for even small thefts. Sometimes, specific fresh items like a head of lettuce can be out of stock.
They have decently priced items. Sometimes they are overpriced on some things. They could bring their prices down that would make things much better. Nice atmosphere and the people are friendly for the most part.
