Apparently there time is more important then someone calling in meds for a client. To have to call again to get a med filled is ridiculous. I have never called somewhere with such rude staff to get a med filled. I decided to just have the clients meds filled elsewhere due to this. It’s as simple as asking someone to hold not wasting someone’s time to have them call another time to get it filled. Thanks but no thanks!

Courtney is rude, disrespectful, and extremely unprofessional. This type of individual should not be allowed to work in the capacity she works in. I and my family will NEVER fill a prescription at Dillons again because of this individual who seems to have a "God complex". Very uneducated and extremely ignorant. Shame on Dillons and their lack of supervision. In 18 years of filling the meds I fill, I have NEVER had the issues I've had with this individual. Someone this unhappy shouldn't work in a public setting. I am appalled this person is allowed to work without repercussions for her actions. Dillons management does not manage, for this reason I will never shop at Dillons Stores ever again. The most frustrating thing is when I call and Courntey isn't working ALL the other pharmacists fill my scripts, only Courtney denies me because she is very ignorant and doesn't understand my disease. She thinks she can override doctor's orders and she can't. All she does is delay me getting my medicine when I desperately needed it.

I have never met such a wonderful pharmacist and employees that work at Dillons fifth Street pharmacy. Reading the reviews one come to my attention talking of a persons name. Courtney is a wonderful person. She goes out of her way to help everyone all the employees do. I wouldn't change the pharmacy at Dillons fifth Street for nothing. I have literally been standing in line and have heard customers tell them off, belittle them, and they still stand there with a smile on their face. Maybe it's the customers that need to take the attitude adjustment. Their hands are tied, number one they do not handle your insurance., They will go out of their way to help you with authorizations and everything, but their hands are tied to a certain point.#2 your doctor is the one that writes the prescriptions at my doctors office. This should be for compliments on this site. Reviewing somebody. For your personal reasons is not correct. I would stand up and give Dillons pharmacy on fifth Street a gold star, I would put them as number one. To all the employees, and to all the pharmacists of Dillons fifth Street pharmacy. There's no pharmacy in Hutchison that compares to you. You guys are the best each and everyone of you and I thank you as a customer and my family thanks you. If there were more stars to give, we would have done so. Thanks for the good work from all of you.Rhonda & Richard S.
