Absolutely the worst facility very rude staff. I have less than half a trailer load Six hours later I had to get loud with the office people for my papers they wouldn’t even tell me why it have been waiting for this long I will never deliver to this facility again that’s the beauty of being owner operator

I have appointment 4.30 am they give me door 5.30 and 7.30 they told me I need to come back 9pm because they don't have time for unloading and I come back check in 8.40pm still in door waste my day I have second drop they dont care about my time ?????

When arriving at night, all you see is that giant elevator. Guard was not very helpful at check in, office personnel was nice. Guard at checkout was more into his phone than dealing with the check out of truck, also very Rude.
