Requested style: Tammy always makes my nails look nice and into the shape I like! She also did a nail fix because I noticed an imperfection after I got home but she made it right!! Everyone is also nice and friendly at Davi Nails

Usually Tammy does a really good job . This time the nails were rough and longer than what I wanted. The nails didn't have the curve and one was pointing upwards. Barely got home and my nail bent back causing it to rip off my other nail. Sorry but I had to put this up after I was charged 80$

I had a terrible experience at the nail salon in walmart yesterday. I went in and said that I would like a pedicure. Immediately the tech said, Manicure AND pedicure? I said no only a pedicure. She said, you want both! I said, no a pedicure. Then she said, Deluxe pedicure! I said, no a basic pedicure. She said, you need Deluxe. I said no. I felt like I was being pressed to upgrade and this made me uncomfortable. Instead of being able to relax and get a pedicure I was tense because of the persistent pressure to upgrade. She was obviously mad by her reaction to me and speaking Vietnamese to her coworkers while they laughed. I sat down in the chair she did a terrible job, it took 10 minutes total. And when it came time to paint my toenails she got out the Gel Polish and painted a base coat on my toenails. I told her I did not want shellac, I wanted regular polish. She AGAIN insisted that I wanted shellac. I had to be persistent with my replies of, NO! She started speaking Vietnamese to the other women working in the salon. She said something to me that I didn't understand about money. Then took a towel and smeared off the gel coat from my toenails. Then slopped one coat of purple nail polish on my nails. I didn't choose purple, but by this point I was so uncomfortable I just wanted to leave! My pedicure looked terrible the polish was smeared on my skin. I did ask her to fix the polish that was on my skin. She scrapped it off with her nail but her nail gouged the polish on 3 of my toenails. I asked her fix it, her reply was YOU TIP???
YOU TIP???
YOU WANNA LEAVE TIP!?!?!
I did not tip and I will never go back.
As I left the employees were cackling like a pack of hyenas. Not my idea of a relaxing pedicure. I suggest you do not waste your time or money here. Terrible experience!

Horrible pedicure service. Asked for a pink base and French tip. Tip is way too think and the base color is smeared white. Do no recommend.

I went in to get my nails done for a wedding. The lady did an absolutely horrible job. i kept making suggestions when she was doing my nails but she just ignored everything i had to say. so i left and called the store, she was very rude to me and hung up on me twice! i went in the next morning she was incredibly rude to me. she told me “ she doesn’t to service people like me” excuse me?? refused a refund until her big boss came out. i do NOT recommend.

Went in for a mani/pedi. Water was cold during the whole pedicure. They rushed everything they did. Charged extra for callus removal and didnt even remove it! Did not fully cure my polish so it was not shiny on one toe. Crooked nails. Did not clean up cuticles so i already need a fill after a week! Will never go back!!

I am brand new to the state of Kansas. Having been raised in Jersey & lived in Atlanta for some time. Since moving here it has been MONTHS since my last mani/pedi so I decided today was the day. I already had to make a stop at Walmart so I was excited to see everything I need under one roof.At first I wanted a basic manicure, clear coat and expressed the need for a clean up. I then opted for shellac (?). I’ve been getting my nails done for years and in many different cities and this is the first time I felt like I was watching a thriller movie.i did not get a manicure first. thats the first thing i asked for. so as she is putting on the shellac I’m waiting to see if I’m going to get my manicure.The manicure never happens. I could have gone another 5 months without painting my nails, all I wanted was a manicure to clean my cuticles and nail bed up.So I paid $45 for my hands….I didn’t want to go fancy with the pedicure seeing how my manicure went (or didn’t go).My nail lady immediately tried to upsell me on the most expensive package and then the second most expensive. I explicitly told her what I wanted and I just did not feel listened to.So my toes I paid another $40 for.When I showed my boyfriend he said, “it looks like you did them” knowing I couldn’t be a nail tech to save my life.Everyone at this location was very kind, but I do think my $5 tip was warranted.I even mentioned my cuticles being a problem while on the pedi chair.So $90 here at the Da Vi nail salon inside of Walmart Hutchinson. I will not be returning but I do hope the nail tech who serviced me today does brush up on her skills because this location has so much potential for return customers.
