Long story short, they didn’t fix my issue and were not much help. Long story longer I took my vehicle in to have the windshield camera calibrated due to having a new windshield put in. I was having issues with one of the safety features. They went and looked at the windshield and then said they’d let me know when it was done. I came back and the technician report said all is working correctly. I got in the car and drove a couple blocks, I was still having the same issue as when I took my car in. I returned to the service department and let the representative know. She returned to my car with me and let me know that it was likely because the incorrect windshield was put in originally. However, if that was known beforehand and it was known that the calibration would not have fixed the issue, that should have been communicated to me. Overall, everyone was pleasant and courteous, I just can’t rate them any higher because I paid for them to service my vehicle and fix an issue and nothing was different from when I brought it in.

No one ever calls you back-- worst customer service! We've gone in a couple of times and we can never come to agreement. Have always just taken our business somewhere else. We HAD TO use them a couple of times because they are the only Nissan place in town and do not recommend them at all!

Very pleased with our service we got Doug at Conklin cars in Hutchison he’s really a nice guy and explained everything to us and we always go to Conkling in hatch for good service we recommend it to all our friends and our son which is bought a truck from them in Hutchison he loves it we’ve had nothing but good service from the guys at Conklin

I just got a truck from them 5 months back and the fuel pump already busted they said they couldn't help plus they said I got 10 free oil changes and tire rotations so when I called to get one done the said it wasn't in my contract they are all liars and pieces of sh#*s

Worst dealership in the area. Buyer beware. They are greedy selfish and do not actually wish yo help anyone. Their service team improperly fixed my car, causing the transmission to go out, and they refused to take fault for it and help me with a new car. Scott is a garbage human being.
