Honest, transparent & experienced is the best way to describe the team at Conklin. Living out of state, I contacted a dozen dealerships & no one compares. I just want to thank Kevin at Conklin for being so patient with me and so helpful. It’s my first time owning a new model vehicle and I was very nervous bringing it in. He explained everything well and went exactly what they would do and why, what I needed next and when to come back. They even offered to help program a new key fob for me at no cost. I will definitely be returning to them for all of my service needs.

Didn't even get 300 miles before car started having computer error, "service side detection sensors". I have had car in shop multiple times with issue not fixed. At least once a week to every other day this error shows on the dashboard. Being told by service department "Buick has not had any other reports on this issue with any other vehicle", "we can't find the problem". I the car fixed or Conklin to buy back the car.

Jared, Jose and Ed went above and beyond for me last Monday late afternoon by staying late to help me look at vehicles and helping decide on the best one for me. We are always greeted like family. The waiting area is comfortable, restrooms are spotless, snacks and beverages are provided. Conklin's at Hutchinson does a great job keeping our car in tip top shape. When the car is ready the Service Department goes over the work order, explains everything they did to service the car. They also gave us a list services that will need to be done in the future. One example is Transmission Oil, and when that should be done. We are Senior Adults and have owned a number of vehicles over 60 + years of marriage. We are very happy that we purchased our Buick Encore from Conklin Cars Hutchinson. The Service Department employees are top notch, and we have a great deal of confidence in their work.

I took my car in for an oil change, expecting just that, and was given a ride to work, and picked up when the car was finished. The service department had done an extensive inspection, AND washed my car!!!! I was extremely pleased with the entire process. The friendliness of the staff, and the speed in which everything was done, is very much to my liking. I purchased my vehicle from Conklins and would highly recommend them to everyone I know. They took care of my car for general service. The price was exactly what they said it would be. I was provided with a drink while I waited and they even washed my car and provided a small bag of treats that my kids enjoyed. I was very pleased. Thanks for making my service a pleasant time. I really appreciated it.

Fast friendly service from the sales team.They were willing to listen to the needs I had in a vehicle and willing to make the purchase happen within our budget. Probably once of the easiest and quickest transactions ever in the purchase of a car.Shawn did an excellent job!! We will be back when it is time to purchase another vehicle.

Took nearly 3 months to fix simple cosmetic damage that should have taken no where near that long to fix. To make matters worse they stole all of the spare change that I kept in my car. If they're willing to pocket a few dollars worth of change from your car it makes you wonder what else they'll do to get your money.

I would never recommend buying a car from Conklin. I bought a suburban two years ago and was assured it was mechanically sound with absolutely no issues! The day after I bought it, I had to bring it back because the drivers seatbelt wouldn't buckle, the cruise quit working, the steps wouldn't go up like they were supposed to and the mirrors wouldnt adjust. They claimed nothing was wrong with the cruise and fixed the drivers seat belt issue. I have had nothing but issues every since. It has burned oil from day one and there are issues with the traction system. I definitely bought a lemon and feel very taken advantage of.

Where do I even start. We could talk about the 1st car I purchased from Conklin in Hutch that ended up being in the shop atleast 12 times in 11 months and a few of those they had it for a while, when the engine needed to be replaced after they replaced the transmission they decided to buy it back, definitely a lemon car but they paid for all the repairs and I was in a loaner each time so there is part of the 1 star this company gets but then theres my new vehicle, it seemed to be fine but it's now been in the shop twice since July 13th. I picked it up the 21st paid for my part in the repairs and drove off. Engine light immediately came on, I turned around, they scanned it and fixed whatever it was. Yesterday the 27th my engine light again came on, took it in this morning and of course another problem. It's fixed but I had to pay again because this was not caught last week when they worked on my engine and honestly both went under my warranty but had to pay 2 separate deductibles. It's extremely frustrating that this light was not on until my engine was worked on by Conklin but they told me they did not work in that area so I ended up having to pay for it. This entire situation has been so frustrating and an emotional roller coaster, I was hoping to have a better experience with this company. I also left a voice-mail with Paul on the 13th about this because I had questions and was not understanding what was happening with my warranty at the time, it's the 28th and I still have not heard back from anyone. Will say the loaner manager in Salina and Roger at the front desk in Salina are wonderful employees though but the experience really has been horrible outside of those 2
