I have lived here 13 years if that tells you anything, just like any where, there are little problems but they are taken care of quick. Good place to live in my opinion. And worth the wait.

Commerce Gardens is a Section 8 income-based apartment community in Hutchinson, KS. Our community features a spacious clubhouse, laundry facilities, picnic areas, and a central courtyard with a large gazebo, and a children's playground.
