“My daughters Toyota had a tree limb fall in on the front and side window recently in a snowstorm. She is a single Mom and she called me in tears because her vehicle she used to get to and from work was in bad shape.
I called around everywhere the next day and mobile service was the only place open and more importantly, they said they could get my Daughter in the next day. Normally I would shop around but the quote I received was very resonable.
The door glass could not be replaced because the frame was too badly damaged. The installer wrapped the door window in a clear plastic adhesive film that made it 60 miles away and back to pick up a used door and window with no problems. The installer was super friendly over the phone and the installed front window looks professionally done. These people have been around for a long time because the EARN your business, I highly recommend them.”

“I will admit that generally, I am a "DISCOUNT TIRE GUY", but there were none to be found in my travel area. I called a couple of tire shops in Hutchinson with unsatisfactory responses to my requests, then I tried Cooper Tire. I spoke with Carl first and he was very keen on meeting my request for a quick "traveling through" job to get me back on the road. When I arrived, I spoke to Bob and then met in the parking lot by Gent whose name started iwth an "F", but I forgot his name, sorry to say because he was great! All this to say that these guys jumped on my travel trailer almost immediately and knocked it out in less than 30 minutes start to finish.. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend using these guys for your Hutchinson ( and now I know, Pratt, KS) area tire needs. They will be first on my list any time I am inthe area and have a tire need. “I have been a customer of these guys for about 3 years. This is going to sound like a rant, but the issues are my fault entirely, and these guys rescued me from that.
A few weeks ago (back when there was still snow on the ground) i started having issues with my brakes. They weren't failing exactly, they were gripping, even when i was not pressing the pedal, though it was intermittent. Like my car would not coast as well, and it would be harder to accelerate. One day, i drove to work and it smelled like burnt metal. That was Thursday last week. I showed up with my car, told them what happened, and the fact that i was terrified that it was going to be a master cylinder. They felt like that was not the issue. I dropped my car off. later that day, i was quoted $1150, because my brake lines had collapsed, And they heard noises coming from the rear drums, and wanted to address them too. $1150 .. This is a lesson learned that i should have shown up a lot sooner with my car. They got me taken care of by this morning, i paid, the estimate was right on, and they took care of me.
I have no complaints about these guys, they are professional, knowledgeable, and take pride in their work. If you need help, if you need good work done on your car at a fair price, These guys will take care of you. If i could give more than 5 stars i would.”

“Yesterday I took my car in for a routine oil change no problems whatsoever later that day I had a couple questions about an issue. I thought my car was having the boys said bring it on and it was like almost 5 o’clock. I believe the service guys&Brooklyn & I didn’t leave there till I believe 6 o’clock …Allen Samuels made me feel secure and want to make sure that I was driving something safe. I kept saying I was trying to leave town.:) I’m taking it in there this morning to make sure I get the all clear, I definitely recommend!”
