“These guys are awesome! Really great work, and I didn't get taken to the cleaners with labor costs. I needed a relatively easy repair done to my bumper, and while everyone else was estimating 4-5 hours of labor, these guys quoted for 20-30 minutes. Their estimate was less than half of what I was getting from other places, and it was mostly because they were honest and respectful of how they bill their clients for their time. The car looked great when I got it back, and they had even taken the time to remove the adhesive left behind by the duct tape that was on the bumper when I dropped it off. I couldn't be happier with their work, and I would recommend them to anyone.”

“Had a headlight out, called the store associate, they answered professionally and promptly. The light I needed was in stock, the associate even took the time to quickly install both lights for me. Took about 3 minutes where it would've taken me weeks putting my car back together from possibly destroying it because I don't know how to plug in a light. The associate even showed me how to install the light when he noticed my natural curiosity. Thanks for a wonderful and educational experience. Now I have knowledge to fix my own and even others headlights if needed. Practically feel like a mechanic now. :)”

“I live in Ohio and purchased a new 2024 Toyota Corolla Hatchback XSE from my local dealer. It was a nightmare ordeal from start to finish. Because I had such issues with the dealer I started a google search to see if they were trying to overcharge me for extended service and maintenance plans. I quickly found various sites, including Toyota Nation, that had several posts from customers like me questioning their dealership pricing. I found that nearly everyone who replied highly recommended Jerry Johnson from Midwest Toyota. Not only did I learn that I didn't have to buy warranties from the same dealer I purchased the car from, and could buy from ANY Toyota dealer across the US, along with the fact I didn't have to buy the same day I purchased my vehicle either. I told my local dealer to remove the warranties and quickly contacted Jerry. Let me tell you, everything that everyone said about Jerry is completely accurate. He does indeed sell authentic Toyota warranties (not 3rd party), he was very kind, professional, knowledgeable and a real blessing to work with. Lastly, the service warranty my local dealership offered was 8 yr/75,000 miles at almost TWICE the price of Jerry and had the nerve to brag about how they were giving me a great deal at just $200.00 over cost to make up for their mistakes made with my car deal. After speaking with Jerry I had a smile on my face for the first time in days after dealing with my local dealership. He has been the best part of our new car purchase and would highly recommend him to anyone purchasing a Toyota vehicle and want to add a warranty.”

“I do not normally write reviews but it's hard not to when you have a company that goes above and beyond. I had an issue with a hydraulic cylinder that I brought from B & B and I shared with them the issue. I just wanted to let them know of the issue to help them improve their company. Well, Bill (the owner) called me, his staff emailed me, and they had already shipped me another cylinder free of charge! Wow! Here is a company that understands integrity! I own a Street Sweeping business and I have very little companies that I work with that have this kind of response to internal issues but now that I know how they really are I will be working with them for years to come. “First recall action on 22 Nissan Frontier for me. First scheduled appointment was rescheduled by dealer after they realized they didn't have the required parts (it happens). Scheduled for 8AM, there at 8, was told around 6 hours, left at approx. 3:30pm (again not bad, if this was the first one serviced on this parking pawl issue). ????????”

“I purchased a 4Runner here. been looking for one for several months and went out to purchase one 3 months ago and discovered lack of required features like, remote start, no auto head lights, no jbl sound system, no sunroof, and still 50k… So I had to leave and wait some more. It was between limited and TRD pro trim to get what I needed. my heart wanted the pro and my head needed the limited, finally my head won the battle. Memory seats and air conditioned seats with mostly on road set up was most practical and the new “underground“ color made it happen. Craig Brown was in constant communication and putting up with me throughout that time. Chris in finance met my expectations and got me an acceptable rate and didn’t put too much pressure on the “add on“ options so it was a comfortable, quick, and easy experience. I was in and out within a few hours since trade value negotiations took place before arrival. This vehicle wasn’t even on the lot they had to trade for it and bring it in. I live in Wichita and love Toyota products so this dealership is really the only smart choice. Yes you spend more than you should with the high doc fee, but you can get what you want and don't have to play games and get ripped off like some other local Toyota dealership I won’t speak of. I purchased a Highlander out here in 2018 and it was also a decent experience. If you want a Toyota and live in Wichita or Hutchinson area, contact Craig Brown and he will be happy to help you for a few days or even a few years!”

“I went to hopefully get a used tire put on my rim I just had my tire blow out a few blocks from Walmart and I ended up purchasing a brand new tire that was on their clearance section for a very low price and wasn't charged any other fees except taxes and they put the tire on my rim in less than 15 minutes I highly recommend Walmart auto care center”
