Engine blew up and needed a tow. They were quick, professional, and contacted me both on pick up and delivery. Also, I lost the invoice and needed it for reimbursement. They sent me another one in just a couple minutes time. Highly recommend!

These amazing people helped turn my crappy day into a really awesome day. I was stranded 15 miles south of Salina on the interstate I was on my phone having a very intense conversation which distracted me from taking any exit at all to get fuel as I was low very low and knew I needed fuel but this conversation made me forget that I needed fuel until I ran out and was stranded on the side of a very busy very hot interstate. I immediately felt completely stupid I was all alone and I have never been stranded in my life so I searched emergency roadside assistance on Google called that number a very sweet lady answered the phone then patched me through to A very kind and reassuring gentleman letting me know they were sending help right away....Prior to calling roadside assistance I felt helpless I felt stupid and I started crying and they made me feel like everything was going to be OK and they would take care of me. I am sure they could sense the frazzle in my voice as it just had been one of those days usually days like that always finish out with a solid “yes this was definitely a bad day with an ending to match” but not today help soon arrived with fuel as he is putting fuel in my vehicle I am rambling on about my crazy life more so to Justify my typical blonde Mistake and how I could have done something so d*** like forget to get gas he listened to me just as a dear friend consoles another, Yet Actually a stranger I meant for the first time, they expect little in return for such a great service . I would sit stranded on a hot day on the interstate Again to experience such kindness and compassion from perfect strangers. I am going to make it to work on time now and today may have started off questionable but it is ending with a solid Appreciation For these people and a huge smile on my face. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart you saved the day not only getting me back on the road but getting back my smileand a Reassured hope for humanity what a beautiful thing. Sometimes not so good things have to happen To discover the real heroes.
