“Had a dryer issue. Sean came diagnosed and replaced the part. Customer service was spot on. However, the dryer now does not heat up. After reading the reviews i am going to fix it myself, Amazon is way cheaper for parts if you know how to find your part numbers and are comfortable with taking things apart and replacing parts that wear out. Nothing against the business and definitely nothing wrong with the service provided, it is a simple matter of saving money... unless i burn down the house...”

“I just bought a $2700 refrigerator. When they delivered it it has several big dings. I called then went in personally because I can't and couldn't believe what Lowe's is telling me. They want to come and pick it up take it to the store and then order a new one. I mean they want me to have no refrigerator for a period of time because I gave my old one away. I asked them to replace the door and the assistant manager yelled at me on the phone then the manager had a bad attitude. Which really upset me. Never ever ever again will I step foot in a Lowe's! They don't stand behind their appliances! I implore people to really think before they go into a Lowe's! It's just not right!”
