Awesome people! I bought a 2015 F250 that has a B&W Turnover hitch in the bed, but whoever installed it never put the exhaust extension bracket in, required for the deisel. I spoke to Brooklyn and she said no problem, we can get one sent out. When I asked to pay, she said don't worry about it. It arrived a few days later and was any easy install. No more knocking my exhaust on the hitch frame, as it has done for the last year.When a company even cares about folks like me, having never even bought one of their products, that says something. As I continue to grow my towing needs with this truck, B&W is it!!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I am not sure whether it is this or Rex & Sons RV, probably the same company but I ordered expensive item from them from Amazon and they made a return process absolute hell. Terrible customer service, no sensible thinking at all.I got every penny back that I deserved, but I unnecessarily spent a lot of time and nerves.WILL NEVER USE THEIR SERVICES AGAIN, N.E.V.E.R

I have used several hitches over the years and always was unhappy to carry several hitch ball sizes for trailer size changes and having to put the hitches somewhere in the truck. The B&W hitch changed everything. Never have to take this one off and i can adjust the hitch and balls to fit to different trailers. High quality and great design. Loving it.

They are a joke that needs knocked off their high horse. Three people will tell you something will work and when your truck is in there, then say it won’t just to make a dime. Then they will pat them self on the back for giving you a “discount” but still charging you over $200 more then it was supposed to be. Don’t spend your money there.
