First off when I made the appointment for an oil change I didn't realize this place had changed owners. I used a coupon through Yelp for an oil change for $10.00 and I provided the oil/oil filter. I arrived 5 minutes prior to my appointment time and hung out in the waiting room, which had a TV along with a couch. After roughly 30 minutes a man came in wanting some tires, which the young lady working in the office said it would be a little wait. The next thing I know the man has bought new tires, had new tires installed, paying for his tires, and now getting ready to leave. I'm still sitting there waiting on my oil change, which was scheduled. The man buying the tires didn't have an appointment. Another man walked in and bought a battery. My car was finally done 1 hour 30 minutes after arriving there for a scheduled oil change. I went to pay and he honored my coupon, but informed me that the facility was under new ownership now. I understand helping someone that walks in to a certain point if it's just simple, but NOT when you have a customer that's been scheduled for a service that's currently waiting and you sell/install tires. I wasn't upset about the battery sale. I was upset he ran the man that bought and had tires installed ahead of me especially when I made the appointment 2 days ago. I guess it just boils down to me only spending $10.00 and the tire man spending $275.00 along with the battery guy at $175.00. Business owners don't realize that I could be that "tire or battery" person at some point, but then again you will always recall the $10.00 treatment and it puts a different spin on things.

I can always get in for service when I need it. Professional staff and detail oriented. The couple mile drive outside town is definitely worth it.

I have used Wilson's Tire on the highway for years and they are ALWAYS there ready & willing to help even when my time is short. They have even helped me out by driving to my work to get my car & bringing it back. They are the definition of amazing customer service. You can't go wrong with these guys!

Thomas and Andy are very professional and thorough. I appreciate that they utilize appointments. I dive over an hour to get my vehicle serviced. I have usually spent an hour or less before I am back on the roadExcellent customer service and ethics. I highly recommend this business.

Highly recommend Wilson Direct. They were so quick which was exactly what I needed with my teething baby in tow. They not only calibrated my tires but also patched a tire for me! Will definitely be back again. Couldn’t recommend enough.
