95% superior customer service! Just once have I encountered a customer service person (male) who, in my eyes, appeared to be uninterested in helping me as a customer. I haven't seen him recent months so I hope he doesn't work here anymore. I don't have his name... unfortunately. There were no customers in the store and no one was using the store phone. Other than that, this store in Holton has been GREAT in every way!

I should’ve read the reviews sooner! I would t have sat at Sonic for an hour freezing! Hubs saved me and we went to O’Reilly’s. Luke (I hope I got his name right) was friendly and knowledgeable. He replaced my battery quickly in spite of the cold! I’m a Holton Wildcat and so very proud of what Holton has to offer! I was back in the road and no more worries about being stranded!

Had battery trouble, best service ever, put 2 batteries on our truck in just a few minutes. Fast and very nice guy.
