“95% superior customer service! Just once have I encountered a customer service person (male) who, in my eyes, appeared to be uninterested in helping me as a customer. I haven't seen him recent months so I hope he doesn't work here anymore. I don't have his name... unfortunately. There were no customers in the store and no one was using the store phone. Other than that, this store in Holton has been GREAT in every way!”
