“Was very easy. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is the limited availability of vehicles. I made an appointment online and went inside to get the key. Takes about 10 minutes to verify your driver's license and confirm your payment. But then they give you the key and it's easy out of the parking lot. Return was simple too. Drop box for after hours return.”

“I set up the trailer rental online. Checked in down the road at Lowe's and they met me at the trailer as I pulled up! Absolutely frictionless rental, went through everything with me and I was out in under 10 minutes. Turn in the next day was even quicker. I had a dolly from a different location with 2 flat tires, also found out I needed a flat trailer due to vehicle being all wheel drive, they did a swap out for me, helped hook up trailer and swap the vehicle out. This will now be my only uhaul store to use in the wichita area”
“In-person check-in a little slow, but staff was very helpful and friendly. Using uhaul app to return truck was extremely frustrating. The app glitched / reset four separate times, each time just prior to completing ALL eight (8) photos. Each glitch required restarting the series of photos over again. By the fourth attempt to complete return, I was running around the truck like a mad-man, cursing the stupid piece of uhaul app!! The app was the worst part of the rental.”

“Just be aware there are fees and filling the gas tank up to deal with. I did have a problem with a mix up on my reservations but it got cleared up with no difficulty. I dealt with Preston who was very friendly. Though advertisements are $19.95 for renting a pick up - they take into consideration the mileage and other things so I paid a little over $47.00 for the truck for 2 and 1/2 hours and 30 miles of travel. All in all my experience was good, the staff was friendly, and the vehicle was awesome to drive!!”
