“I've used this tow company so many times in the last 6 months that they know my name! hahaha but there's a reason I keep coming back! super understanding and professional in all areas from dispatch to towtruck drivers. have had absolutely no issues with Bud Roat Towing, they're the absolute best at what they do. Drivers always communicate by calling when they're about 20 minutes out to give me a heads up and they keep me posted on everything that's happening. I never *want* to need a tow, but when I do need a tow, I always want to call Bud Roat!”

“I called Ken's Tow Service to move my travel trailer which was in a very tight situation in an RV storage facility. The dispatcher was very polite, after gathering information on my predicament, quickly called back and dispatched a wrecker. The wrecker operator was very knowledgeable, polite, friendly, took great care to not cause any damage to my RV. The equipment looked brand new. I can't say enough about the excellent experience of dealing with such a professional business.I highly recommend this business, they've earned a 5 star rating. The wrecker said Tow Service on the side, I believe it's a sister company.”
