“So nice, clean, well organized and full of beautiful and gently used clothing, accessories, jewelry, purses and shoes! Cannot say enough good things about this business! Every season I update my wardrobe I spend about $40 and we're talking entire outfits! Down to the shoes and jewelry with a cute bag! I'm usually shopping for myself so I focus on outfits and accessories for women but they have some really awesome kids stuff!!Shop Local!Don't sleep on this place!”

“Glad I stopped in over the weekend. I’d never been prior but it was worth it. Found some awesome copper pans for a great deal and got an even better price when he said there was a 50% off sale running store wide. Will definitely come back. It’s packed with a lot of items so if that overwhelms you just keep it in mind. I love places with lots of stuff to sift through.”

“It was a very interesting store it had lots of antiques and the prices for unbelievably low. I'm looking for one particular item and I've seen it there but I didn't need it at the time but I need it now so I'm going to keep looking and they'll get another one in. The two men that run it for very nice they let me look around didn't bother me stay behind the counter.”

“I consign and shop here and find the clothes to be polished, stylish, and most are in very good condition. The store kitties are a bonus. The owner may come across a little short at first, but she is very nice if you break the ice and chat with her. I come in regularly and love this place”

“The thrift shop has a wide variety of clothes from infant and up! I was shocked at the quality of clothes there! Nice brands and variety of styles from nice dresses, to cozy clothes. There were a lot of derby pride shirts which was my favorite, and some other nicknacks that were fun! I will be visiting more often!”

“One of the workers - Janet - was very helpful!! I was looking for large print books for my elderly grandmother, and she helped me locate some in the store and even told me about a local library that sells used large print books.Everyone was very courteous, and I did not leave empty handed. The prices are about average for thrift stores, and everything is very well organized. This thrift store has a wide variety of items - something for everyone!”

“Great thrift store!Incredible prices on everything! I love that Bessie of the popularity of the store they move through most of the merchandise quickly. Every visits can truly feel new and different from your last stop. You’ll often find a lot of clothing options, shoes, decor, books, and small household items (cookware, dishes, cups, small appliances, etc….)It’s a small packed location and can feel a bit overwhelming if there’s a lot of people in there at once, but what good thrift store doesn’t feel that way?Staff are friendly and helpful!”

“This was a first visit for me. This place has it all. Its very well organized and clean, and filled with good quality items. I got a $200 steam cleaner for floors for $6 and it works great! The prices are very reasonable. A very nice lady waited on us today. Great experience. Will definitely be back!”

“I think this is one of the best thrift stores in Baltimore. Still has that old fashion thrift store charm. The new copycat thrift stores feel like you are shopping at a department store. Part of the fun is the hunt! Finding that treasure sitting among the stacks of bric brac. There is a large selection of clothes and shoes. Lots of shelves of household stuff and a large area dedicated to furniture.”

“100 incense punks for 8 bucks. They aren't the cheap quality that smell like bum once they burn out. There is a good selection of diverse merchandise, not too crowded, not too noisy, good for a quick exercise walk, even better for a gift or reward hunt, with pricing you probably anticipate at a neighborhood secondhand/flea market.”

“Super impressed with this shop! Great design and layout and there are clothes for a variety of personalities and styles! 0 to Plus Size! Shoes and accessories as well! Teen to “age is only a number.” The owner and manager are great!”

“Better quality and better than goodwill. Pricing a lot of times. Sometimes unusual decorative items, plenty of books. Nice men's clothing and I always find a pair of shoes!”

“Ultimately, it is a GoodWill. Suspiciously similar to all the other GoodWills I have been to. Prices are generally not bad for used donated goods. Every now and then you find that item that makes you wonder why it's so special to be priced that high when they got it for free but not bad in general and always turning over stock.”

“I really like the Derby Goodwill. However, my biggest complaint is that they price items that are supposed to be in a set, individually. I don’t understand why you would price salt & pepper shakers individually, but if you go to literally any other store, they are priced as a set. Doesn’t make a lot of sense to me, and seems greedy. Other than that, I really enjoy this store, and find a lot of good things.”

“I've made 3 runs, loaded down with things from downsizing. Everyone I've dealt with has been A-1, fabulous and helpful. Until today, and it was the person who answered the phone, acting like a Class 1 jerk, totally unprofessional, and he identified himself as the director! I found him totally clueless, rude, condescending and obnoxious.”

“Excellent store. My mother left her phone in store and manager kindly put it up until we found its location. Its hard to find people like that inthis world anymore. Thank you so much Dave and his staff. Very kind people.”

“My trip to Goodwill was the my most disappointing trip EVER.The prices they put on the used items were the same as what are on BRAND NEW ITEMS that you would find at other retailers like Wal-Mart.If you're looking for a bargain at Goodwill, then GOOD luck. You might get sticker shock like I did.”
