50 dolla non refundable payment just to reserve appointment??? calling and saying you’re going to be a little late then the vet techs talking trash on you while you’re waiting to be seen??? the drs not listening to what you had to say ab animals previous history??? crazy.i understand i was late and that i wouldn’t be the first one seen, i understand it was my fault, but leaving the top of the door open, then talking trash ab how i was late and to make me wait longer ? not cool. at least make sure the doors are closed before you say something. silly goose.the 50 dollar down payment just for them to say “oh well we don’t have the equipment to do what we need to do” you could’ve told me that over the phone. and i woulda went somewhere else.

Until today I would have given them a 5 star review. I have been a loyal customer for several years and am on my second dog with them. I called today to set up an appointment for my dog and was told I had to pay a fee to reserve my spot??? I might could see that for a new customer, but not for a regular customer.

i made an appointment for my deceased gmas cat to see if she was pregnant and if she wasnt to get vaccines, they told me that they would be able to see if the cat was pregnant at the time of the appointment and that was that. the day of the appointment i was running late and i called in advance to let them know, they said that it wouldnt be a problem and to come as soon as i can. I came 7 mins late and they placed me in an exam room. all was fine, they left the top of the exam room door open to the labs and i could hear everything in the back that was going on, which was also fine until they started to talk about me. I remember hearing specifically "we need to stay on tasks and do the clients that were actually on time first" and "its not my fault that she was late" which i get, i totally understand they sounded like they were busy and i was late but they KEPT on making side comments like that for the whole HOUR AND A HALF while waiting in the exam room to be seen. And I know they knew i could hear them because every time the vet techs walked by they would make eye contact with me. I thought that was really unprofessional and just RUDE. After an hour and a half of waiting for a DR. and vet tech, they came in and asked the basic questions like if she's an indoor or outdoor, diet and previous vaccination things, (since it was my deceased gmas cat I didn't have all the answers) and the dr was kind of rude to me when i was trying to explain the situation. the dr also said they don't have the equipment to see if she was pregnant since it was so soon, other than an x-ray machine. and so I waited a whole hour and a half to just be given flea medication and was told to come back in 3-4 weeks to see if she was pregnant. I am just really unhappy with how unprofessional and rude the staff was. and I will not be taking the cat back.

Took my cat in today and had the best service. All of the staff were polite and caring. I got an appointment within a day of calling. The receptionist was kind as well. Most importantly they cared and treated her like their own baby. They fixed her problem and we were in and out in an hour.

I inherited a dog that this was their regular vet. I had a dog bite happen with in days of him moving in from my resident dog. Took him in and they examined him, gave me medicine and sent me home. Telling me that if I had any trouble ‘just come in’. They know this dog and knew he has to be muzzled to work on him. I couldn’t give him his meds and hurried down to them Saturday the next day. Not only where they rude, and acted like I was crazy. He was hospitalized for 3 days. I picked him up and paid them that day.New bit now and I need to get him in. Not only do they not answer their phone, they don’t read their texts and when I do get someone they tell me I have to go to urgent care who isn’t open yet or wichita specialty hospital.I’m so dun. This place is nothing like Wingert Animal hospital. Same building horrible people. Don’t wast your hard earned money at a place that doesn’t care.

The first few times I took my dog at the time, service was great. Since 2020, service has declined DRAMATICALLY. It takes weeks to get an appointment even in emergency situations.The staff that answers the phones are rude and appear uncaring. I called today to have my two pets filed transferred to an office way on the north side. No one answered.. perhaps more staff is needed or existing need a pay raise? Regardless, I'm done. Horrible attitude and lack of availability.

There are no words good enough for each of them. Dr. Pritchard is honestly the best vet many of us have ever had. And his staff is incredible. Chloe and Stacy are beyond exceptional.

Could not be happier with Dr Prichard and his team. My 14-year old Basset had terrible rotting teeth and bleeding from the mouth. She stopped eating and has been miserable for daya. After the extractions and cleaning I basically got a brand new dog. The same evening after the surgery she started being a happy chipper dog with way too much attitude for someone who got about 10 teeth pulled ;) amazing results, fair price and much better service than my previous vet was able to provide.

Let me start by saying, if you are looking for a Vet that will be there for your pet in an emergency.....KEEP LOOKiNG!!!!!Our Dog was a patient of this so called veterinarian hospital for several years. One afternoon, our dog suddenly couldn't walk. We called Pritchard's office and they turned us away and referred us to other facilities who we unable to see her until the next day because she was not a patient. Each of the locations were surprised our own Vet couldn't squeeze her in. I then called Pritchard back questioning their inability to help and the response was that if it was an orthopedic situation they wouldn't be able to help us anyway. I proceeded to tell them again that we weren't sure what the problem was, just that she couldn't walk. They still refused to even look at her. She died in less then 2 hours.Not to mention the office staff is rude.Find a Vet that cares.

We had to put our dog Ghili down, it was a hard thing to do.Dr. Lange and her Techs were so kind, caring, sympathetic and loving it made a hard thing a little easier.They explained every step of the process and the reactions that might follow.Our Ghili was treated with respect and love and we truly appreciate!!Thanks Ladies for all yourKindness!

They are very kind,caring,and were able to get our dog in for neutering sooner than our previous vet and we have been so happy and impressed with them here that we brought our cats in too. Appointments cut down wait times a great deal and make it easier for us. When our dog had a problem aftersurgery, they saw him immediately and helped us with solutions he could handle. Great care here.

If you have a real issue with your animal they will not have the time to get them in. This isn’t the first time this has happened.
