Years ago, the owner did great on my hair. In November 2023, I had a horrible experience here.
This experience was so horribly that she brought me to tears. She insulted me in the most cruel way and butchered my hair so badly it looked like I had chemo.
My hair was destroyed.
I have avoided any hairstylist since.
After seeing me break down crying from her verbal attacks on me, she apologized and said I'm sorry for taking it out on you she explained how there was a woman in there earlier with long hair, how she spent a long time with her and for her to complain and did not want to pay her.
** I could not understand how she could compare me to this other woman. My hair was not long, and I was going to pay whatever she asked.
But after attacking me so cruelly, she apologized and said I didn't have to pay. If you had seen my hair, you would feel insulted that she would suggest that I would have to pay.
My hair has not been cut for 7 months now. If any true hair stylist with a grain of salt was to see all the jagged razor and kremping damage done to my hair even now grown out would see this was done with malicious intent.
**My family told me I should have reported her to the cosmetology board, but I did not. Instead, my memory of her treatment of me will be with me forever, and I will never trust her or another stylist again that they can use their degree with cruelty. If a stylist or owner has a bad day and takes it out on any customer, she should not have her license.
One day, someone will make her feel as worthless as she made me feel.
Beware of the owner who cuts hair and abuses her clients.
