I made a mistake when purchasing an item and wanted to fix it while still standing at register but he said he would have to refund it all and then do it over even tho it's the same price which I was ok with but the employee was NOT willing to do that to fix my problem....most jumpstarts bend over backwards to help their customers but NOT at this store ...will not return to this one and it's to bad because they had the most fresh food.....maybe some retraining ????

Don't know why but the current staff hereAre horribley rude and the talk to each other instead of running the cash registerIf it wasn't for cheaper gas I would definitely be going somewhere else these people need to learn how to have polite friendly customer service this changed about 6 months ago or less this place is really went downhill

Jump start is the best from dollar fountain drinks, hot food, great selections this one is always clean and the staff is always friendly.

Better service than than QT or Casey's in my opinion. They always have 2 staff working the registers and A third person will jump in and take the other register even if your #2 to in line to a register. Then the prices compete or are less on most things with best prices on cigarettes by @ least a $1 a pack on my brand.

I really appreciate jumpstart having their Free Air. I had 6 trailer tires that were low after a year of not using the trailer. They saved me in a pinch.

This is the best convenience store I have ever been to in my life. The best prices, and most convenience a gas station could ever offer. The free air is greatly appreciated. The outdoor restrooms are greatly appreciated. The staff, prices, and variety of products...Hands down, the best store I've ever been in. And, nit just the one in this town, but I'm sure all Jump Starts are really great. Thank you for all that you do, Jump Start!!!!!

Sad to say we stopped in here Friday night about 11pm. My friend used the restroom and forgot her phone in there. I was checking my car so we didn't leave right away. My friend noticed she did not have her phone, she went back in the store and asked the guys behind the counter if someone had turned it in. They said no. I began to call her phone and luckily she had connected it to my cars bluetooth. I knew the phone was close because it rang in my car. I answered the phone and I could hear the men from the store talking to eachother. I told her that those men had the phone she went back into the store and told them she knew they had it. That's when they finally gave her back her phone. This was the worst experience that an employee from this station, both of them, were not going to return her iPhone to her. I'm sure that if you do not count your change they will not give it to you correctly

An issue occurred here today with a man loitering and all the staff in the gas station except one were very nice and very caring. Thank you all except that one lady who I guess needed to be rude!

Everytime I go in this store the soda area, coffee area is always dirty. Dirty floors, and the lids left off the tea machines. There were 6 employees behind the counter visiting like they had nothing to do. I to think Renee is very rude. I was at the counter waiting to be checked out and she walked right by me and another customer like we weren't even there. She acted like she didn't even want to be there. She made the comment the she was just so busy but wasn't doing anything but standing behind the counter untill we walked up there to pay and there was floors that needed mopped and not doing anything. When I have to go into the store I make sure I go to a different employee to check out. She makes a bad employee worse for sure. I have no other issues with any other employees except they need to clean up better.

I used to love stopping in here in the mornings until a recent employee by the name of Renee started working there, on many occasions now she has been very rude to my fiance, she seems very uninterested in doing her job, I've seen her rolling her eyes huffing when asked for something by other customers, seems very dismissive and unfriendly. It's really inconvenient to have to stop at another store out of my way just to avoid a rude employee. I know other customers have made complaints to the store manager but it doesn't seem to be doing any good.
