What a joke the pre-soak doesn't work there's no soap there's no wax and the spot rinse doesn't work and my car is still dirty

The third vacuum I tried "worked". Neither the fragrance machine or shampooer worked. Go here if you want to give away your money.

After hand washing, I left with bugs on the grill and dirt on the sides. The pre-rinse and spot-free didn’t work. Those usually help clean my car very well.
