“Today I was very happy, I just got off work and was going home and decided to go to the car wash and wash my car since I have a membership that I just got yesterday, a very nice older white man helped me with that yesterday I'm still grateful , the reason I'm writing this is because the guys today moved my license plate saying it was paper, I really don't know what's wrong with them and they also said they have to remove it every time I come and I've been to this place many times and they never move my license plate. So I'm not going to do it because my license plate is not a piece of paper and if they are going to do it to me every time I come, I would prefer to cancel my membership. Why they didn't even let me know?, they just took it off ;(. This happened on 07/24/2024 At 1:30 p.m. I'm still very upset. I decide to leave the 5 stars because the older white man who helped me with my membership was very nice. I don't know if he is the boss but he works there so he deserves the 5 stars. I just put it back.”
“Good store to go to for some auto detail supplies. Mainly carry Meguires brand of products which aren’t bad. Wish they carried some other brands of things that’s hard to find around here so I wouldn’t have to order them when needed. They young genteel man at the counter that helped me out when I was in there was very kind and knowledgeable about things and was a real pleasure to talk to. Will definitely go back again.”

“First time. Great service. They kept me up to date on the process and provided a video/screenshot of the damage with the estimate. I hope my car does not need more repairs, but if it does, I will go there again.”
“Friend of mine was rear ended, this is where insurance instructed to bring the damaged vehicle. Original estimate was nearly a month. They had an adjusted plan within ten days, given that the parts would arrive on time. Friendly and knowledgeable about the car issues and time frame to turnaround like new again.”

“It is definitely better than most, as far as maintaining the vacuums and sprayers. I've never run out of soap, wax, or paper towels since I've been going there since they opened. However, I when I proceeded to hang my floor mats, one was missing, and another was loose. The trash cans in the vacuum area were overflowing, and it was in the morning hours.”

“I always leave Club Carwash with a clean car. If you want to clean out the inside, there are towels available to borrow and Windex to use. The vacuums are top notch and the wash itself does a much better job than their competitors.”
“So I used to auto wash and I paid $12 for the super wash and I used a $20 bill but I didn't receive my change from the machine, it didn't print a receipt so I feel I'm probably out 8 bucks now. I tried calling also.Service: Auto detailing”

“3.5 stars is more accurate but I'll be loyal and go with 4 instead of only 3. It would be 5 stars if the touch-less car wash wasn't so often broken down, but even when it's working, it doesn't get my car fully cleaned and rinsed. Also, the air dry is set too short on timing and could be aimed at the vehicles a little better. Still , a decent option compared to using a different one that will damage my paint job and ceramic coating, when I can't just hand wash it myself. I'll still use this place and hopefully they sort out the issues. If not, I have no doubt it will have competition in Derby sooner than later for those of us who need touch-less only.”
“First time coming to Charlie's Car Wash so I got the works! It's such a beautiful feeling getting into a fresh clean car. I had the full body wash that they do plus interior cleaning. They clean the windows, the dash, console etc. plus the vacuuming. They even vacuum the trunk. I've never had a car wash add the trunk with its services. I was at the store off kellogg and West Street and let me just say the customer service was outstanding! Usually when you are at a business with all teenagers they tend to be disconnected or rude. This staff all were so polite and looked like they enjoyed what they were doing. My point being that I'm sure it's not the most exciting or fun job, but you wouldn't know by the way they portrayed themselves. Whoever is their boss I sure hope you take good care of them because just by their customer service alone, I'll be a repeat customer!”

“This place is great for a quick wash or full cleaning. Water pressure seems very adequate and always happy with the results. Only criticism is I wish the rotating arms in the ceiling were longer to help prevent the hoses from slapping against my pickup.”

“I’m. It a clean car person. My car had not been washed in a 2months. Commuting 70 miles a day snow rain and road film. I got the $14 wash it took 5 minutes or less and the car was spotless. I’m a terrible customer but this place did above expectations”
“I've been washing my car at Joe's for almost 30 years and always a great value for the money! It's locally owned and operated business (unlike their competitors), which should be important to everyone in Wichita. The process is brushless unlike other car washes in town, so the wash doesn't damage/scratch your paint. Not sure what personal axes some of these other reviewers are trying to grind but on the rare occasion I've found a spot that needed extra attention, all I've had to do was ask and it's taken care of immediately. As for getting my car detailed, there's nowhere in town that comes close to the value and quality of Joe's. They will have your car looking as close to new as possible. A+ work and value for the money!”
“I have used Josie cover and car wash both locations Seneca and on West Street the one on West Street by far surpasses the service and quality of work you get the new one on Seneca. So if you're ready for great service and a quality car wash. I recommend you visit the West Street location”
“Rick's received an update, fresh paint! Looks good and is still among the best values in manual car washes in town.
This place doesn't look like much, but it will get your ride clean and do so for less than most other car washes. If this spot is close to home or you travel through this area regularly then this car wash is worth the stop.
Works real well, got my Ford Super Dirty real clean. Older car wash but seems to be well maintained. Sould bring cash or coins as the time limit is real short when paying with a card.”
“Mike is very helpful. Thursdays are $5 wash days. Mike informed me that it’s more like a rinse. So, he said the $12 was better. I’d rather do that anyways! Quality is just as good as the Club Car Wash down the street. Free use of vacuums, air blower, mat brush, and towels too.”

“Took my truck to 5 different body shops and All they wanted to do was replace and paint. Sam fixed it and blended the paint to where you couldn't tell the new from the old. I will be talking all my body work to Sam.”
