I would have given zero stars if that was an option… Ann I believe is the lady working in the front office who is supposedly from corporate and still doesn’t know how to properly do her job. So if you want to waste your time and money for these apartments go ahead but 10/10 they won’t even send your application off and after 9 days we had to call on our own to figure out what the hold up is. Very very unprofessional. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere!

Nice neighbors, quiet neighborhood. Kitchen is too small for me, too many countertop appliances, lol.

The manager Nathan and maintenance men Nate and Al are the most awesome people. They are always willing to help and and make you feel welcome. I'm very glad to have moved here to Bridgewater Apts. The apartments are great and the people are friendly.

Bed bugs are terrible we got them twice. Roaches are bad too. Management has went down since Kathy left. There isn't enough maintenance and nobody seems to care. Do not recommend.

Don't expect anybody to answer or return phone calls or be in the office.

Don't do it. Corporate/district management is only about the bottom line. They only care about the money. I loved living here until they built phase 2. They can't keep maintenance because they run them ragged. 1 person to do the ENTIRE property. That means pool, lawn care, maintenance everything. Even when the state comes to inspect they suggest every year for more maintenance staff. Wilhoit doesn't care. They can't keep staff for this vary reason. I went through more than 10 in the 8 years I was here. I left when they decided that black mold was acceptable to live in....... don't get me wrong, typically the staff cared and did the best they could but corporate limited them a bunch.... then when they got even more greedy the riffraff moved in......

My name is Christopher Orth. I was the Maintenance Technician from March 5th, 2017 until March 13th, 2018. If your looking for a decent place to lay your head, this isn't it. Especially if your on a fixed income. If you have a job, they will work with you a little. But, let's say for instance, that your a disabled veteran on the 17th of Jan. just after Christmas and you need a couple more days to come up with the rent. No dice. Even though you may even have a sick child at home with a 104 degree temperature and you have been a great tenant for years already and haven't been late before. Now, let's take a look at another tenant that has a job. This tenant was late months in a row. Well after the 17th of each of those months. But this tenant still lives at Bridgewater apartments while the disabled veteran is homeless. This is a direct result of poor upper management. Not to mention they can't keep a maintenance person. I hope this helps you folks to make the right decision. This property isn't fit for humans
