“My husband’s Telluride somehow had mote dings and dents on it. This is the second time Wichita Dent has fixed his car. This time we were not sure they would be able to fix the dent along the hood. It was on an area that was complicated and possibly would need to have a body shop fix at a cost of at least over $1,000.To my surprise, they fixed the hood to perfection! They also found two more areas on the side of the car, probably from a parking lot cars. Extremely impressed!!!If you have dents or just small dings on your vehicle, I recommend having Wichita Dent Co. look at it to see if they can fix it without having the hassle of getting it fixed and repainted from a body shop.”

They did a great job fixing my truck, however there was a problem with getting the parts, so it took longer than expected, and I had to call multiple times to find out what was going on, and how long it would take.Overall, they did a great job but better communication regarding the parts delay would have bumped them to a five star rating.”

“Unfortunately I have had need for their services twice in the last year due to careless drivers running into and damaging my beautiful car. Although 10 years old it runs, looks and drives like a new one because I keep it in immaculate condition, so any damage is very upsetting. I worried about getting it fixed and how would it ever be the same. I tone it to the guys at Service Body Shop. The first time it was just a side swipe and a small debt but SBS made it disappear. The second time the front was damaged to the tune of more than $4000. SBS found a lot of damage hidden under the stricture and replaced and or fixed it all. I had a small jail sent in the front hood that was there when I bought it and I always wanted it gone. I couldn't Belhaven it but the body shop fixed it. No charge. It was a small thing but big to me. These guys care and really understand how much our cars mean to us. Thanks Guys!”

“Carstar did a good job on my vehicle .My only issue was the time involved to complete the repair. However most of it was not their fault. More damage was found after the fact and the body shop had to make an amended estimate to the insurance company which slowed down the process plus it was over the Christmas holidays and the insurance company drugged theirfeet in completing their new amended estimate. A one week repair turned into one month. The work done by CarStar was excellent and I would recommend them to anyone needing a repair.”

“I had the best experience with Al at this dealership. I needed a car ASAP and I called on a Friday about the car I wanted. I was coming from 5 hrs away and he held the car for me until the next day. I had sent an overnight Fedex with a check for the car. He told me if I didn't like the car when I got there he would just give me my check back. Well I didn’t need to get it back. Everything he told me on the phone about the car, as far as minor faults were accurate. The paperwork process went smoothly and I was in and out very quickly. Also, the price of the car was very fair. I didn’t feel like I needed to negotiate a different price because he listed it below the fair market value.”
