I thought it was a good place. Everything was smooth but when they came out to service the couches they guaranteed, that didn't happen almost a year later. I'm waiting on parts. I had recommended my daughter to go there before I knew their service. She had bought a dining room table that is falling apart and broke and they have not taken care of her either I would not recommend wolf furniture to anybody after going through all this and still haven't got my couches fixed. Or my daughter got back her bench that went to her dining room table with a cut in the top of it and said it was like that when they picked it up. That is wrong.

Preston is a great person with a big heart for others. My wife and I decided to buy our new living room set from wolf. Great price and service. I'll be back, dining room is next

Extremely poor customer service. The owner will not return calls. It is almost impossible to get something you bought there fixed even it's under warranty. Please take your business elsewhere. I would give this business zero stars if that was an option.

My experience with Wolf Furniture Gallery was ughful. I am less then unimpressed with their customer service. Their service and the way they handle thier today to today business is terrible. They are unreliable and the do not value their customers. Will not recommend their business to anyone. The fact that they are selling used materess is illegal. Their not even worth sne one star rating.

We had our table delivered to us cracked. My husband was chasing twin toddlers at the time of delivery. He didn’t see the damage right away. He called me while I was in Hays. I was taking my elder father to a doctor. I went to the furniture immediately and told them that the table was cracked from edge to edge. He said he wanted photos and I took photos all around the table. He said he give us a new table and we never heard from him again.

Very nice place to buy furniture! I was new to the area and went in to shop. Connie was very accommodating and very patient. It took me 4 or 5 trips in before I decided exactly what all I wanted, but she was very nice in putting up with me and helping me. I highly recommend this place to everyone!
