I had a couple lights Come on. these folks narrowed it down. Did a great job diagnosing exactly what it was took Their time was patient with me. We figured out that it was a battery. Even though multiple shops around town told me that I needed a new transmission. I'm probably needed to a new wiring harness. I wouldn't trust anybody else with my car. Thank you for saving me thousands in repairs I didn't need.

Worst place! Wish they’d just shut down and leave my Community for being such a Ripoff place! Between him and his wife they should be ran out of town! I WILL NEVER TAKE A VEHICLE THERE AGAIN!!!

Very thankful for Ward’s. My son was driving across the country and had an issue with his truck. They made time to diagnose the problem, find a part quickly, and get him back on the road in less than an hour. A Godsend! I highly recommend Ward’s for knowledgeable and kind service. Needed my grandmas brakes fixed was referred to wards...All I can say is amazing, from the front desk to Doug the mechanic price was quoted to me before the work was started and it was done in under two days...he showed me all the parts he took off and explained everything to me in detail in person at the shop...this far exceeded my expectations me and my family will never go anywhere else...

Had to have our radiator replaced and were in a really tough spot financially and physically - we live 30 mins away. This guy was fantastic and worked with us to get the repair done as quickly as possible, even worked with us on the price. Incredible service and very kind folks.

I cannot Thank the Team at Wards Automotive Repairs enough for there help. My daughter who traveling from St.Louis back home to Colorado Springs got a flat tire that ruined the Tire. She got to Wards and they took care of her with a well priced new Tire. They mounted the tire right away. On the phone he said, don't worry Dad we will treat her like Family, They did! I am SO VERY THANKFUL for Doug's knowledge and kind heart. I was in a desperate situation on the interstate on my way home to Illinois when my air-conditioning bit the dust. It was 107°. Doug took the time and even shared his knowledge with what the problem was. He was heaven sent!! Oh and let me not forget Candi, Doug's wife, she was SO thoughtful to all of us!!
