Everything is prescription only, you can't go in there to buy Band-Aids without a prescription. I needed an item I can buy off of Amazon, but didn't want to wait for. I guess I'll wait now.

Do not ever buy medical supplies from this place. The person in charge of the medical supplies is a total A-HOLE. Also, the staff could care less about you. Very mean people. DO NOT USE.

I am normally a person that don't write negative comments unless really necessary. This U-save's billing dept is very difficult to work with. The most frustrating thing to start with is that no one answers the phone. Even if someone did, they will say “Oh…I don't deal with billingâ€. Then, you will question them, who does. Apparently, it seems like there is only ONE person handling any billing queries. If you are in luck, they will respond to your voicemail….several weeks after. The worst experience with this billing department or should I say this person handling my billing query was that, she did not honor what she said she would do! Just to be fair, when you have an agreement set-up, as a formal procedure, you will expect some sort of a letter stating what has been agreed upon. I waited for that letter/email but nothing came through. While I continue to honor my side of the agreement (i.e. timely payments), the only letter I received from them was a threatening collections letter! This is so frustrating and so annoying! I called the department right away and as usual, no one in billing is available. I went down to the pharmacy, and as expected the person who deals with billing is not around. You will just wonder, when does this person work? How can I get hold of this person? If I knew this from the very beginning, I wouldn't even bother buying anything from this pharmacy! Avoid this place at all cost if you want to maintain your good credit. Very irresponsible and unreliable. Hope that someone in this company will address this issue soon.
