Zach was a great help. It is nice to go to a shoe store and get actual service. At most shoe stores, other than someone getting the size you want, you are on your own.
This store was different. I highly recommend this store and Zach.

Chris is wonderful, very knowledgeable about the various brands within the store and so helpful. I needed a pair of good shoes for my workouts, he got several different shoes and explained each brand's good points I was able to get the perfect pair for me. The new line Rival is fantastic, super comfy and so cute. I highly recommend if you are looking for new shoes you stop in Tradehome, quality shoes and a friendly staff make for a great shopping experience.

Sean and Christopher spent the time to thoroughly size me up and had me try several brands and shoe types to find what I thought was the best for me. Highly recommend this store because if they don’t have it in your size or color chances are they can have it shipped to the store way quicker than you could order anything online. They are very knowledgeable and take the time to make sure to find the right shoe for you. Good dudes.

I bought a pair of work shoes from Christopher Huntley at trade home shoes. Christopher worked with me and talked me through my struggles with foot pain. I wear flip flops when I walk because shoes cause me even more pain. Christopher listened to me and made shoe suggestions so I would be able to work in comfort. He also made sure I knew I had a 30 day walk guarantee and could bring the shoes back if they didn’t work for me. (Very important considering how expensive shoes are these days). Christopher also told me not to just accept my pain but to speak with a foot doctor. And maybe find a reason for my issues. Not only have I found out what’s wrong with my feet but I now have a treatment plan. My pain is already less and I am looking forward to a future without foot pain. Thank you christopher. I have bought my gym shoes from Tradehome for about 10 years and have always been happy with their service. I needed a pair of Danner EMS style boots, but nowhere in Hays carries them including here. Even though they did not carry what I needed the lady I spoke with helped size in store for them to buy online. They're always friendly and helpful and I intend to buy as many of the care products I can from them.

If it was just one time I went in to get a pair of shoes and they didn't have my size it would be one, thing but it's not.. it's every single time and I wear a very common size. I think I'm done going into the mall in Hays to buy a pair of shoes from Tradehome Shoes I think I'll sit in the comfort of my own home and order them from Amazon from now on who always has my size. thanks for wasting my time.

AMAZING! We had horrible luck at the Famous Footwear in the mall so we went into Trade Home and the three employees went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience! We will forever shop at Trade Home in Hays for shoes! They are very reasonably priced and great customer service!

I was VERY dissatisfied with my customer experience with their manager (of all people). He was downright rude to me. I love the styles of shoes this store carries and have made multiple shoe purchases here before. However, after this visit I am making it a point to not shop at this store anymore.
