My wife and I have been considering buying a new vehicle for a while now. We met Ethan Brummer at the dealership and he made shopping for a car so very smooth. Probably the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. We laid out our needs concerns with the next car. Ethan made a great suggestion on a car that we had not considered. They didn't have exactly what we were wanting, and Ehtan said he will call us when it's available. Highly recommend this dealership. When you go in, ask for Ethan.

With my used car being worth more, nterest rates going up, and gas prices I wanted to trade in for a hybrid and hopefully staying within the same payment range. There’s always the question of whether a dealership will deal with a older single woman the same as they do one who has a man to back her up. Caleb Studley and his finance guy gave me nothing but respect. I told them I had a budget to keep and they worked to make it happen. I miss my Jeep, but loving my new Prius! ❤️

On a trip from KC to Denver, the service department was able to see me the same day when my 4runner started losing power intermittently. Although the original diagnosis was a starter going out, after they ran a diagnostic it was determined the issue was a simple cleaning of the battery terminals. I appreciate the integrity shown by not going ahead and suggesting a new starter (a much more expensive fix). If I lived in Hays, this is where I would take my vehicle.

Would not recommend servicing your vehicle here. I had a bad experience twice. I gave them another chance but they failed again. They don’t know how to treat their customers or to keep their word. They will quote you a price but end up asking more because they had a miscommunication. They just don’t treat their customers right. This Toyota needs a major change in their employees and customer service.

Dustin was excellent from the moment we walked in!!! He was so friendly and welcoming to everyone in our group on our quick pit stop to have our tires checked after our gauge light came on during our cross country roadtrip. He was very attentive and informative on the issue. And even took the car for a lap to test the tires before we continued on. Employees like Dustin are the reason I buy Toyota time and time again

On a road trip driving from Colorado to South Carolina in our Toyota 4runner we broke down in the middle of the night just outside of Hays. Had it towed to this dealership with an unusual issue. Robert took care of us and was extremely helpful. Their tech diagnosed the issue and Robert had parts on the way right away. They wrapped it up sooner than expected and we continued on to drive ~4500miles the following week. A big thanks to Robert and the crew at Lewis Toyota!

This is by far one of the best car dealers in Hays, KS and great place to get an oil change or general auto repair in the area. All the free Starbucks coffee you can drink in a very comfortable and state-of-the-art atmosphere!

I have been here many times, and the service is always awesome! They provide Honest and Friendly service. Once I've described the service I need, I'm given an estimate of how long the service will take to complete. There is a nice waiting room. I'm given updates if it looks like there are unexpected issues. This is the only place I will have my car serviced.
