Wanted me to sign a lease without seeing the apartment, despite being on the waiting list and already being approved. When I asked to see the apartment or one similar they said I couldnt until current residents moved but still expected me to sign the lease. Seems like a shady tactic to 'lock' you in before you even know what you're getting into.The lady I talked to (Karla I think) was nice though.
