The day I went to pick up my rental, there were issues with the U-Haul network so it took a little longer to complete than anticipated ... but that's technology ?, working remotely, I know those things happen more often than we like so, can't blame them for something that was out of their control.
Overall, really good experience and I'll be going back if I need to rent a truck or trailer in the future.”
